Signs & Symptoms

Knowing the early warning signs can make a difference. Though symptoms may vary, these are common indicators to watch for:

  • Sudden onset of balance or coordination issues (clumsiness, frequent tripping)
  • Facial weakness or asymmetry (drooping, difficulty closing one eye)
  • Difficulty swallowing or speech changes
  • Headaches, often worse in the mornings or accompanied by vomiting
  • Double vision or vision problems
  • Weakness or numbness in limbs

If any of these symptoms appear especially in children consult a neurologist or medical professional immediately. Early awareness may lead to better supportive care.
